Seen from Preen to Alexander Wang on the runway for Spring 2009, sheer fabric and detailing is everywhere! Here are some great pieces I found from lovely boutiques. Though sheer pieces were shown on the runway without anything underneath, I think I’d go for an under-layer on items like number 4 and 7!

This turquoise enamel ring from CC Skye is the perfect mixture of chic and edgy. I love the crystal embellishment too. Right now it’s on sale at BuyDefinition for only $60!

At first I wasn’t sure what I thought about the romper/jumper trend that was seen last fall and has become even more popular for Spring 2009. After doing a little research at my favorite boutiques, however, I found a lot of shorts-jumpers that are lovely, and on sale, too! I’m not a fan of the full length trouser jumpers, but I love these short and sweet ones. My favorite is #3, from Vena Cava, but unfortunately Shopbop is out of my size!
